It was designed for people recovering from domestic abuse however it quickly became a hit with people working in jobs where they support others, remembering to look after themselves as well as others.   • Reflect on your own self care, what do you do for you?
  • Disconnect from screens – digital detox, if only for a few hours
  • Call a friend you haven’t spoken to in ages, or meet up in your favourite cafe
  • Read a book, submerge in non fiction.
  • Be in nature, really absorb its true beauty
  • Get creative – you could create a happiness jar
  • Take a nap
  • Create a chill playlist or something upbeat & empowering, or both!
  • Make a list of things you are grateful for – there’s always something
  • Create a self care list as a ‘go to’ when you are feeling low, exhausted or wiped out.
