Day 8 – Affirmations

Believe a positive affirmation or not, what we repeatedly tell ourselves we start to believe. They are about you and start with ‘I am, or I can…etc.’
Today find some affirmations that resonate with you and put them somewhere you will regularly see them. This could be in your purse, on the front of your journal, tucked into the corner of your mirror. Say them out loud, say them regularly to yourself.
Did you download the ‘bill of rights’ from day 1? This is a fabulous affirmation, particularly if there are any on there that you struggle with and don’t believe for yourself. Put it up on your fridge, back of the toilet door, on the inside of your wardrobe door.
We share our favourite quotes on our Facebook page regularly that resonate with us. They give us hope and build self-belief.

Step it up – optional extra
Write a new affirmation in your journal each day throughout the 21 days. Each small step in the right direction leads you to a better place. Resist the temptation for all or nothing thinking and allow yourself to slow the pace.
